Alanza Place

"Currently own a 3 bedroom with my brother and we have been having problems ever since we moved in not too long ago starting off with leaks from our ceilings monoxide detectors and A/C units. We have requested multiple maintenance requests, the office ladies and maintenance have actually been here and seen our ceiling stains and our carpets from constantly being drenched since towels weren't enough. We recently found a couple of nails in our garage by the garage door. My brother has had 3 popped tires in the last 3 months to nails. One was tonight. Not to hate or anything but maintenance sucks, place is nice but it's irritating and disappointing."

"I currently live here (Condo/townhome area) and have had so many problems with AC, Plumbing, etc and just customer service in general. I pay $2,400 for a 3 bedroom. We’ve been trying to reach out to the office and management but it seems like they have more important problems. Our living room ceiling leaked for a month before they did anything about it. Currently we are still having AC problems on the third floor since the 2nd month of the lease (started in November, 2023) I’m not home often but when I’m home I want to feel comfortable but being here has been uncomfortable for me. Also, be careful to check the garage doors because they like to leave nails in the corners. I’ve gotten 3 flat tires since I’ve moved here."

"From day one, the whole team here has been kind, helpful and responsive. They have all gone above and beyond for me each and every time. I would like to say a very heartfelt thank you to Christen Tomko the property manager. She definitely helped streamline our original move in and transfer while living here. Also, she has been my point of contact at the office over the last three years and, has promptly helped with everything I have reached out about. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed with nice modern touches. Neighbors are respectful and it’s a safe environment. I’m happy to still call Alanza Place home!"

"I've been a resident at Alanza Place for over 10 years, across three different management companies. The units are classy with nice details/upgrades and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Like all apartment complexes, it has its pros and cons, but the staff are attentive and my service requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. The manager, Christen, does a great job of keeping us informed of any issues that are under repair/upgrade, water shut offs, and fire alarm tests. She takes an active role in helping things operate smoothly when problems occur and seems to really care about the well-being of the residents. Hannah and Jeremy are always friendly and responsive as well. I am thankful for all the hard work the office staff puts into their jobs to make this a positive living experience!"

"These apartments are super nice! I was visiting someone who lives there, and I was very impressed. I love that they have a parking garage. I also love that they have it gated with pin code access everywhere rather than keys. The hallways (with doors to close during hot/freezing seasons or emergency situations) to apartments, with the storage spaces to rent on your floor. Inside the apartments themselves, the vaulted ceilings make the space look so much larger and it's beautiful plus newer appliances, high countertops in restrooms so you don't have to break your back bending over, and so much more. I'd totally rent here if I lived/worked in the area."
