"If I could, I most defiantly would rate these apartments as negative! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I moved into these apartments in Oct 2021, the office manager Breanna (at the time) was so helpful she actually did her job correctly, after a few months she quit( she was the only person that was consistently working in the office) and I don't blame her. The new manager Stephine is.......Lazy and in my opinion very incompetent in doing her job!! While I only lived there a year, My car was towed yes a car that I had listed on my rental paper work, was towed by the office (Stephanie) and the reason she gave me was " someone told me it was abandoned" she didn't try to find out who owned the car didn't red tag it( and she had the audacity to actually show me the red tags that are supposed to go on the vehicles as a warning before it gest towed) she didn't walk the parking lot to see that there were several other cars that truly were abandoned and had been sitting in the same spot for months!! The AIR CONDITIONER.... AZ temps reach up to 115-120 during the summer and because the air is run off a water cooler expect to go days without running AC. I spent plenty of nights else where due to not having AC, and not only does it not work properly the AC unit leaks, mine was leaking so bad once I called the emergency maintenance and all they told me to do was put a bucket down to catch the water. The pool is never open there excuse is always something that has to due with tenants, the year I was there the gym was never and I mean NEVER OPENED, the doors stayed locked but the reason why I really want to discourage people from moving here is they will take all of your deposit and falsify reasons/ repairs that were not caused by you. I paid a 1700 deposit when I moved in, they gave be back less than $200 I was charged $800 for a carpet repair ( i only lived in the unit 1 year!!)$300 for "pet damage" on top of a cleaning fee $385 for resurfacing counters $200 for paint touch up( and I painted before I vacated). no-one from the office arrived at my scheduled move-out inspection, no-one did a walk thru before I returned my keys and after 2 months of vacating that's when they decided to issue me a check. This is a terrible place to live!! and they will try their hardest to take advantage of people. PLEASE PLEASE find another option I truly wished I had read the reviews before I signed a lease. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!"

"Lived here for almost 3 years prices have rises management has changed and gotten worst and no changes or fixing around this place it’s become a real dump my husband motorcycle was stolen on property, our car has been hit and ran in here I would recommend saving your money and going else where as every year they will raise the prices $50-$70"

"Complex is now just full of hoodrats without jobs. Management has driven out several of our neighbors who were very nice people. There is garbage everywhere and the pool is now disgusting. Dog poop everywhere. Ghetto parties all throughout the night, people bumping music in the parking lot, blocking cars, and leaving trash everywhere. Handicap spots filled with people who are not handicapped. Quality of life has severely diminished and it no longer feels safe to live here. Locks don't work anywhere, gym is absolutely foul, and you can't use the pool ever because there is usually one family there with 30 of their relatives. I would not suggest visiting this place without all of your shots. Pictures I posted are from one walk from my car to my apartment ( about 100 feet ). The worst part is that the manager walks by all this trash on her way to to her apartment ( connected to office ) and just leaves it. They literally could not care less about cleaning this place up. Don't even think about having a new car because it will get scratched up immediately. Proof is in all of the pictures."
