"TERRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE. I have lived here for 8 months now and it has been the absolute worst living experience. In that time I’ve experienced termites, recurring water leaks, mildew, water damage to personal belongings, poor and delayed maintenance service and an extremely poor attitude from the front office. It took days to replace carpet that was soaking wet due to a leak caused by the water boiler upstairs. The smell of mildew prevented me from sleeping in my bedroom. This has happened twice now. It also took three attempts to get rid of the termites in my unit that spread from the closet, to the living room, and then to the kitchen. It took >60 days to replace my microwave which did not work upon move in. They also replaced my bedroom window because it had gaps which let in dirt and wind but now it does not open or close. They also do not repair paint damage to the areas that they do repair. The package retrieval service here is also a nightmare and I’ve had my packages sent back to sender or to unknown lockers. You cannot back in park or you will be towed. And the front office is extremely rude, each time I express concern or an issue they are completely indifferent and usually offer little help."

"I moved into The Urban a couple of weeks ago and so far, everything’s been great! I had a couple of issues with move in but the property manager was very prompt in righting the situation. Bryan with the maintenance team is also really great! He really went above and beyond with fixing multiple different issues that I had! The pricing for the unit and complex amenities are very well priced and are of good quality. I also like the area, you’re close to Tempe and downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale are also in close proximity. A lot of the negative reviews are from people who are upset that they’ve been towed for backing up into a parking spot but there’s several signs that say to not do it. I’ve been very satisfied with my experience living here!"

"Thank you Ivette for helping with my rent, I know you can only do so much but you helped me and my family through this difficult situation. Yes before work orders took a bit long but it’s now back on track. Roaches are everywhere in AZ keep your apartments clean and ask for pest control that’s what it’s for. Y’all are quick to put blame but not take responsibility for your actions either. Thank you to the office team I love the help."
