"We moved in this month with a small dog and the prices are reasonable. The area is peaceful, cute, and safe. I enjoy the concrete outer walls and the paint has been redone to modernize the space. Fixtures and kitchen counters are also modern. Rent includes water, trash, sewer. Paying for electric and wifi on our own. All around amazing spot and perfect home."

"There have been a total of 4 dumpster fires next door that caught the property's fence on fire. I'm currently at a coffee shop writing this while my place is being de-roached. Some more fun facts about the place: Once moved in, I found out the A/C unit isn't on the roof but in the actual unit (QUITE loud), the washing machine next door overflows into my living room, had to call the internet service provider and have them newly wire the unit so it could receive internet, and the pipes sputter. I finally lost it when Taylor Street Property Management wanted to up the rent from $725 to $750? This 1 bedroom is worth $500 at best. I'm out."
