Willetta Apartments

"12/31/23 Same tenants as I mentioned in my 12/25 update are playing music so loud at 10:40 at night it’s shaking my windows. Also they are setting off fireworks. 12/25/23 Neighbors don’t care they don’t live alone and will constantly play loud music and set off fireworks ALL DAY LONG. Even after being asked to turn it down they refused, and in fact turned it up louder and started making more noise. They leave trash everywhere. It is specifically one tenant right now. •••••••• Don’t expect updates or communication when it comes to dealing with maintenance with this complex. I put in a request on 8/22. I didn’t get a plumber into my apartment until the 9/7. I asked for another plumber due to a new issue. He came, couldn’t get into the upstairs apartment so he left. I got no updates of his return or why he left from him or Rhonda. I had to ask for them while waiting. Still waiting for the new issue to be fixed."

"The residents of your apartments are the rudest people alive. Have zero regard for anyone but themselves shooting fireworks from midnight to 5AM in the morning. All day long all night long it needs to stop"

"The video with the white wall is my bedroom next to this apartment. This was at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday morning. There was NO COMMUNICATION that this type of heavy noisey work would be happening. I understand this needs to happen for whatever reason I don’t care about. The FACT that neither I or my partner was NEVER communicated too is HOW and WHY this place gets 1 star. I would give NEGATIVE stars in fact I give NEGATIVE 10 stars. This place is nearly $1700 a month. You would think for that over priced amount there would be COMMUNICATION! CalCap take all that money you OVER CHARGE for rent and teach your employees HOW and WHEN to COMMUNICATE!!!!!"
