"As much as I want to explain all of this in detail, it would just be too long of a review. The first part I will give a thorough description of what happened but following that incident, I will just list the issues with this place so it doesn’t take too long. First off, my wife and I lived at Sierra Ranch for three years. We genuinely tried to give this place a chance but to no avail. During the Christmas season, management told us they will be putting washers and dryers in our unit. As excited as we were, it was a nightmare. We had to move EVERYTHING out of our closet. Mind you we lived in a 525 square foot apartment. Our clothes and shoes were all over the living room and we could barely sit on our couch. Now if this took a few days, fair enough. It took them a month. We couldn’t even have parents or friends visit during holiday time. After they finished, they said in order to use these washers and dryers we will need to pay $75 more a month. I get that it increases the value of a place, but after the headache we went through, you would think they would give us a break or a least a couple months off of the increase. NOPE. So if you want to move here just be prepared to come home from work at any given time and they can barge into your home for extended periods. Now for the list: A homeless person cracked out on drugs tried to break into our home and threatened to kill me and my wife, there are frequent water shut offs even in the evening so prepare to get water from Circle K and not give your kids a bath, there are no gates or security cameras so my car was broken into twice with smashed windows and my wife’s car was broken into once with smashed windows, roaches are everywhere, no working amenities - two years in a row the pool was drained during summer and the hot tub wasn’t heated in winter (the gym wasn’t up and running for over a year), a wasp’s nest was outside our unit and it took them two weeks to remove so if you have kids or pets prepare to go in your home quickly before wasps get inside, there are squatters around and even when the office is notified they won’t do anything about it; while you’re paying rent people have a place for free, they messed up our utility costs frequently so pay attention otherwise they will overcharge you without you noticing, and Shonna (manager) is the rudest human being I have ever met. I witnessed her belittled an elderly man so that goes to show the way she was raised. Even if all these other issues didn’t occur I would never move there again simply because of her. Worst energy I have ever felt from someone in my life. Honestly, I would give this place zero stars but it’s not possible. Listen, I know you are tempted to move here because of the price. It’s the most affordable complex in the immediate vicinity… that’s why we moved here. Don’t be fooled. It may look nice on the outside but it’s all a facade. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple hundred more a month to move into a place with way less of a headache. Thanks for taking the time to read the review"
"I have been renting here for a few years and it's always getting worse. I have been locked out of my apartment without notice, I've had my ceiling fill with water etc. Latest issue has been a one day notice at the beginning of February that they would be doing some demolition. It's now 2/21 and my apartment still looks the same as it did on 2/01. Office has no idea when these things will be put back together. Rent anywhere else. *Edit* After this it finally got finished they got plaster all over my headboard and carpet. They said multiple times they would waive the laundry rental fee from this month's rent and they did not do that. I put in my notice and can't wait to get out of this place."
"When moving in a few months ago both Reece and Terry were superstars! I ended up moving to a different unit a month into my lease and Reece stayed after hours to help me move and has been nothing short of the sweetest guy. Reece is very respectful, kind, upfront, and so helpful. Definitely made the moving process easier and he is so friendly when I see him on the apartment grounds. Terry is also very kind and helpful when I see him and always lightens the mood with his jokes yet professionalism. I’m excited for how the new management is beginning to make these apartments into homes."
"Terry is the BEST!!! I just moved from out of state and had to do everything over the phone & through email which is already hard to do not being able to visit in person , and then there was a mix up with another agent between the apartment I was told I was getting vs. the apartment I actually signed the lease for so that was stressful at first, but Terry came in and completely rectified everything and has been nothing but the absolute best!! If you need anything at all I seriously cannot recommend him enough! I feel so comfortable renting here now knowing I have someone like him working here. I just moved in last week and the complex looks so nice and well kept and they even have a large gated area for your dogs to play! I’m still waiting on a few very minor repairs to be done but Terry has been so helpful and quick to check on the status of these for me."
"Reece has been an absolute gem throughout our moving process, and I can't say enough good things about him. He is a genuine, stand-up guy who goes above and beyond to make sure his "tenants" feel welcome and supported. Here are a few reasons why I can't recommend him enough: Exceptional Support: Reece has been incredibly helpful from day one. He was there to answer all of our questions and made sure the move-in process was seamless. His willingness to assist us was truly remarkable. Kind and Approachable: Reece is not your typical "landlord"; he is approachable, understanding, and kind. He genuinely cares about the well-being of his tenants and their comfort. Quick Responses: Whenever we've had a maintenance request or a question, Reece has been lightning-fast in his responses. It's reassuring to know that he's just a phone call or a message away. Transparent and Fair: Reece has been upfront about lease agreements and any potential changes. He maintains transparency in all his interactions, so there are no unexpected surprises. Moving can be a stressful experience, but having the help of Reece has made it smooth and enjoyable. He's the kind of person who goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable."
