"I can’t go behind the one star, before moving out inspection we did cleaning with professionals and we did duct cleaning and food odor treatment and now they charge me with that again. Who ever planning to move especially Indians don’t go there. I strongly recommend they charge for Indians this even after you do this treatment. This is the worst management I have seen. See below picture how clean we given back. Hope this review helps few people to choose a good apartment ."

"I lived at The Palisades for 5 years and enjoyed privacy, peace & harmony. There's very little noise from one apt to the next, the convenient location was outstanding, management was very responsive & responsible. The all-over comfort and professional experience of living at The Palisades was continually impressive. Everyone there was friendly & I certainly recommend it."

"It’s a beautiful complex there is no doubt. However the scorpion problem is unbearable. I have been stung 3 times and fear my two year old getting stung. My husband has been stung once. We’ve even had one fall from the ceiling fan. We called they sprayed we put DE powder all over!! And even lavender! They offered to move us however the steps are ridiculous and you have to resign a whole new lease and start over. If I could I would do a 3 bedroom if the scorpion problem was under control! It’s such a lovely place but they need to take this seriously!!!! Dosing is not enough!"

"Palisades CONSTANTLY shuts off the water. Apparently there is ALWAYS an issue with the plumbing in this complex, they constantly send out emails saying the water will be shut off. Twice now they have shut it off between 5pm-9:30pm!!!! What idiot schedules a water shut off AFTER people get home from work? It's super aggravating because you can tell the Palisades are TOO CHEAP to make any major repairs, instead they believe in waterproof bandaids."

"They omitte the lease agreement, before approval be careful signing this. Their lease agreement is very unethical, as well as their practices. It may not be unlawful but its unethical. You'll lose your $100 if you don't agree with the lease agreement. Most if not all apts i found out provide that before approval. I'm from a different state so this was very odd to me after i found out. My assumption was you can get your $100 back for holding the apartment if you didn't agree with the lease because they do not provide that before the approval. But they are not ethical, be very careful when renting here, from the reviews here it is starting to make sense. They told me people that are leaving reviews here did not live here or do business with them. But why would people waste their time to do that."
