"I just moved in on April 1. Management is so nice. I had a few issues in the apartment and maintenance came in within a few days and took care of most of the issues and made plans to come back the next week and finish up."

"Upon Move-in and even before, Soidette, the property manager was so helpful and accommodating. I was hoping to see the place early before my trip out of town so I could plan accordingly sooner in regards to moving. Called before leaving town and Soidette allowed me to tour earlier than my appointment and I was able to make decisions earlier and apply for the unit I was looking at. On moving day, I scheduled my mattress to be delivered but the delivery crew came 30 minutes earlier than projected. I called Soidette, explained that I was on my way but the crew might be deliver before I get there. She kindly opened the unit when the delivery crew arrived so I wouldn’t miss my delivery! I was relieved and very appreciative of this! Thank you Soidette for making my move easier and making this transition to this place a breeze!"

"Highly recommend! I used to live there for 6 months, you get what you see, the maintenance requests are always being done within 1-2 days. It’s very quiet and I’ve never had any problems! Soidette (the property manager) is absolutely the best! Very helpful."

"01/2022 - Update, I am changing my review reflecting current circumstances regarding the apartments "pet friendly" policy. In the beginning the apartment has been understanding and now there are emails every month about "new/stricter" rules. I feel lately has been getting out of hand. Please don't bring your pets here. They do accepts pets but don't have an area like other apartments do which allows your pets to go without any backlash or God forbid go to the restroom. There is no area for a pet to go restroom here, you have to walk outside of the apartment, outside of the parking lot, completely off the apartment complex for them to even urinate. I am frustrated to learn this after we renewed the lease for another year. My pets are a huge part of making the decision to live here and the fact they are restricting their well-being is definitely a reason why I am changing my review on this place and not renewing the lease later this year if they cannot provide a pet area IN the apartment complex. This is ridiculous. 08/2020 - It has been 1 week since I moved in and I am impressed by how CLEAN, QUIET, FRIENDLY, AND SECURE it is! Irene has been just the most understanding and firm manager of this qpt complex. The renovated studio is great! It is quite small and only recommend 1 person live there. Otherwise, I am so happy to find this place and I have hopes management will continue to improve and finish renovating the other units."

"This property has been by far my best living experience! I am going on my second year here and I have had no problems. The property is safe and clean plus the lady in the office is great! She processes my monthly payments correctly and handles any maintenance issues instantly. She is always nice and willing to help in any way possible. Thank you!"
