"We been living here for almost 2 months & it was a desperate move. I wish I could say different because the place looks decent & is in a okay area. However, since the first day, when I had contacted the property manager, Erica, answered my call by just saying, "hello?" As if she were answering a personal call, not professional. I should've taken that as a warning but I just ignored it. We scheduled a tour or a 2bed/2bath, which was on 2nd floor, it had open floor plan thru kitchen to dinning & living room, which I liked. I told her I preferred being on ground floor & she says they will have one opening up soon. I was very busy and unfortunately unable to tour the apartment, & I regret it. She promised me that both apartments had the EXACT same floor plan, she lied. The kitchen was blocked off by a wall. On top of that, the floors were not polished & apartment was DISGUSTINGLY FLITHY. My mother was helping us move in, & her being my mom she began cleaning. She pointed out to me that kitchen was not only dirty but also in the stove range, there were MICE DROPPINGS. I began searching the rest of the apartment for other faults, just as I assumed, I found more disappointing uncleaniness. The shower floors had blonde hair on it, both bathroom sinks were not draining the water. One light wasn't working (which they didn't fix, & it wasn't just the bulb), A/C vent was leaking water (and still does. They came out couple of times to attempt to fix but never actually fixed the issue). And now our issue is not being able to recieve our mail. I haven't been able to receive it since we moved! It's getting ridiculous. I'm one of two tenants (that I'm aware of) whose mailboxes were switch & are now having trouble getting our mail. I've tried multiple times to work with them. I've been able to give them the person's mail I'm receiving to them, now when I am asking the same from them, they will do not that. I am now being told it's the postal office's issue. So that is who I'm dealing with. Very frustrating & will definitely would not recommend this place!"
