"I have lived here since 2009 and absolutetly love it. I seen it take on 3 new owners ovet the years and am one of 3. Familys that made it through the transitions . It is a great family community and i personaly really love the newest owners. They are a great couple and care about there property and tenants. It is a drug and crime free complex thats very family oriented Highly recommend the melbourne apts"

"Listen closely and read hole post PLEASE ! The day I moved in was same day I filled out app. That was nice HOWEVER!!! The manager has some serious drug problems.I have never myself or seen anyone as high as she was 85% of the time. After the first week she told me the only reason she let me move in was because I was white and cute. No Joking . No lie. And buy month 3 she felt comfortable enough to walk into my home uninvited. Had I been armed and night time I would have put a slug into her. She has a serious opiate problem beside her falling asleep standing up in mid conversation she is as loud and screams when ever possible so be ready at 6 A.M. to hear her and other residences hollering from one side of the complex to the other. The air conditioning never worked and the maintenance man I seriously don't think can read which is a problem when reading directions on installing bathroom fixtures. Every piece of plumbing leaked, though it was all brand new If I hadn't used the White tape I would have had serious water damage . I also know the owners out in Calie could care less. He started cussing at me when I complained . He said You fix it then . Sure I have 15 years experience in maintenance but that's not what I pay rent for . Also a scam . His daughter rented the unit to me and said not to worry about prorated move in cost she would wave it. Later month 3 the wife (Sofie) gets on the phone and tells me "Pay or move out" . She stated I had not finished paying move in cost. I told her that her daughter said I was fine and paid up nothing more needed besides the $1,000 dollars was needed. Scam. I made arrangements and got the hell out of their month 3 when the owner wanted to raise the rent . He can legally as soon as the 3 month lease was up. He will only sign 3 month leases on his studio apartments to bend the rules to his bank accounts advantage . The owner is a scum bag I can say that I know this for a fact. The property manager Is 51/50 . A danger to herself and others. Please . I beg you to please reconsider moving in hear."
