Cordillera Apartments

"Place is absolute trash. The front desk staff is lazy, mis-informational and downright pathetic. As far as customer service, extremely rude, not knowledgeable on topics regarding rent, maintenance and basic information in general. Turnover rate seems very high for maintenance crew due to the lack of maintenance I see driving around and new faces all the time. Nevertheless, extremely slow to fix the easiest of things around the apartment when needed. I mean for the love of God, for about the first 8 months of being here there was a Trap house only a few apartments down from me that the entire staff of the complex new about and did absolutely nothing about. I have had stuff stolen here numerous times (even though its a gated complex).......the list goes on. Do not move here. PERIOD."

"Update. The maintenance team is AWESOME!!!! Thank you for your quick work. Had a chance to enjoy one of two spas. At 9 pm, enjoying the spa under the stars. Very positive experience in the leasing office applying for an apartment. White Tear was so helpful and amazing. I really look forward to living here. Pools are clean and the hot tubs."

"I think 3 stars is generous for this apartment. The maintenance staff is really the only thing that is consistently good about this apartment. They do what they can within the realm of what they are able to and it is really only when they have to rely on the apartment or 3rd parties when things take awhile. Other than that, I’ve had consistent issues while living here(since 12/22). I have been locked out of the complex more times than should ever be okay because the gates were not working. The condo owners have remotes to get in any of the 3 gates but for renters, we can only go through the front gate and use a code. If that doesn’t work, I hope you have somewhere else to sleep. My only hope to get home was for a condo owner to use their remote to open the gate and to follow in behind them. I’ve asked for a remote but I’ve been told they are unable to get them. The water has been shut off multiple times while I’ve lived here. I have also had numerous issues with office staff. It doesn’t matter what the issue is, it is never their fault and there is never a solution. Getting a hold of them is hard enough and only once have I received a call back when I’ve left a message. I will note that the one time I received a call back was when my message asked if I could get a call back when they were in the office again so I could drop off my rent for the month.. I think this goes to show that collecting rent is the sole interest and resident safety, comfortability, etc is not. As this community is a mix of renters and owners, there is a clear divide between both groups. All the homeowners seem to have their own group and they do not like the renters. They will also make this clear and they aren’t afraid to hide it. Luckily some are snowbirds so it’s at least mild for part of the year. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
