"We are very surprised at the lack or professionalism here. Don’t smoke a cigarette on your patio or you be given a 10 day notice to evict. Don’t ask a neighbor to restrain their pet and abide by the leash law on the property or you get a 10 notice to evict. If you get a notice that they want to inspect your unit sometime within a 4 day time frame don’t ask for clarification or a specific time because you work from home because you will be called being difficult. I have lived in several apartment complexes here in Phoenix and have never been treated with as much lack of respect as you get here at Hidden Village. The brochure shows updated appliances and cabinets but dont count on it. Things here are simply patched and continue to break time after time again. Wouldn’t have been better and more cost effective to just replace the broke toilet or microwave. So if you are considering moving in here, have an attorney look at your lease agreement before you sign it or better yet reconsider your decision."

"This has been an amazing experience since day 1 they have always taken great care of us from maintenance to office needs. Every time we are in the office they always make sure everything is taken care of I would recommend this property to anyone! Just absolutely beautiful!"

"It's honestly a nice place. The only issue is that you can't be on the patio when it rains due to the roofs shape. It's fairly quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. I have not seen one pest in my 5 months. I only wish the small pedestrian gate Door was kept locked."

"I lived there from December 2020 to March 2023 . It’s an old building and the rent is not extremely expensive so don’t expect things to be like you’re paying 1600-1700 a month in rent. For the price I paid it was a comfortable place to live. Covered parking was nice . Don’t have to hunt for parking. Also, when new management took over the place definitely improved with text messages, and more maintenance staff. The only reason I moved is because I could afford a bit higher rent. I received my deposit back also when I moved. If you treat them with respect they will reciprocate."

"I’m living here for 4 months and this place have a lot of issues. Hot water isn’t work constantly, if rains the hot water just stop, cold days the hot water just stop too. Last rain day my patio ceiling falls down and now I have a huge and really dangerous hole in my patio. And I Did a lot of complains about and they just don’t care. Everything still breaking all the time, things here in this complex seems disposable. That’s not a cheap rent, but it’s a cheap place. I’m looking for a new place already, because this complex it’s no good for sure."
