"Just moved out after a great year here. Top tier amenities and great, consistent staff. Overall good build quality, but you can hear your neighbors if they’re loud, as others have noted. This is the same at most apartments. Most floorplans have a big island with a big sink, floor-to-ceiling windows, big balcony, big bathroom, etc. It’s a very solid apartment for the price and location. Josh is great. Maintenance team is great. Cleaning crew is great."
"Ellie and the team here at trend are phenomenal. I couldn't ask for a nicer, more warm welcome to Trend! Customer service and dedication is a lost art lately, but Ellie knocked it out of the park!"
"I'll be honest, the real reason we moved here was for the rooftop amenities. They're very nice. However I feel like this apartment complex fails to keep up with the maintenance needs. For example, our building access hasn't worked literally ever since I moved in here, so I have had several delivery issues with my bigger packages, which is very frustrating. I won't get them delivered because they physically don't have access to get in. I don't even know if they'll fix it, which is disappointing. The hot tub jets don't work, and my units outlet that connects to the lightswitch doesn't work. We also have to get COX through the apartment complex mandatory if you want internet. This wouldn't be a problem if our internet/TV actually worked properly. Cox said it's the apartments fault we don't have ethernet in the living room, the apartment said it's up to COX. I'm tired of the he-said-she-said. Not only that, but the walls are very thin and you'll hear everyone around you. The ceilings aren't insulated, so you hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes, whether it's 4 am or 10 pm. This complex doesn't use key fobs. Instead you have to use a normal key that works very oddly in the doors. They are very difficult to open, and it feels like you're breaking the key just to unlock the doors. I am wondering why there are so many fixes, almost as if they have to keep a budget. Which doesn't make sense to me, if each of us is almost paying 2k to live here monthly.... Be careful parking around here as I've seen broken glass inside the garage, and heard of neighbors getting their catalytic converters stolen if they park on the street. The plus side is Josh and Anthony are very friendly and receptive. They are awesome to have here."
"I had an outstanding experience at Apartment Trend 51, and it was made truly exceptional thanks to the incredible support of Josh and Anthony. From the moment I moved in to the day I moved out, they were unbelievably helpful and kind while remaining consistently professional. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth and comfortable living experience was truly appreciated. They went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or concerns, making me feel valued as a resident especially while I was moving out. Anthony is super authentic and will be upfront with you about any charges that are coming or ways to avoid it. He was super supportive! I can't express how grateful I am for their exceptional customer service. Genuinely, this is an amazing place to live!!!!!"
"My boyfriend and I lived in two different units on this property, the first was a one-bedroom on the first floor next to an elevator, with no issues whatsoever. We injoyed the location and the property amenities. We renewed the lease after a year. In June of 2023, a two-bedroom on the third floor became available so we transferred and renewed the lease. About a month after we moved in the unit above us was rented and we quickly learned that the flooring in the two-bedroom units was not built and insulated correctly. You can feel dips in the flooring when walking, you can hear every move coming from upstairs. There are only three, two bedrooms on the whole property, all directly above the leasing office. We asked the property manager what was going on with all the noise upstairs and was told someone was moving in and to give it about a week for them to settle in. Four months later, with the noise not stopping and after constantly bringing this to their attention with nothing done, they offered for us to transfer our lease to Escape which is owned by the same management company. So after only four months, they are willing to let us transfer properties, at almost no cost? Is that the best solution to the issue? Yes, because they aren't going to do anything about the flooring. I believe they were well aware of the flooring issues and the noise that the two bedrooms have, they didn't fix it, and they won't fix it. They are going to continue to rent these units out like this. We have numerous video recording of the noise that was shown to and emailed to the property manager, and was told "Oh, that's normal". It is not normal for your upstairs neighbors walking, to sound like they are dropping bowling balls. We are constantly being talked to like we are the problem for continuing to bring this issue up to the manager. We pay our $2300 rent on time every month and deserved better treatment with this issue. This matter was not taken seriously and the property manager made it clear that he did not value us as residents here and did not do anything to fix the issue. So after only four months, we are moving again."
