"When I first moved in this place was beautiful and really quite! It did go threw a few different owners and management companies . When Diamond Asst took over yes the property took a turn for the worst . As of February 2019 New property management took over.... Acora Asset management LLC “awesome”!!! And brought the complex back to what it once was, that being said. This is a great management company!!! Not only did they get on the issues that were happening outside, if you have issues going on inside they’re out within an hour too fix whatever is going on. Wish all management companies Were and are on top of all issues like this one is!! So if your looking for a place look first too see if they are the management company !!!"

"As of February, this complex is under new management and they are fantastic. They have been making improvements and are very attentive. Pros: this neighborhood is great. The apartments were remodeled so everything is nice. My unit had laundry. Cons: the apartments are not sound proofed if you live on the first floor from the second floor above. Totally fine on the left and right. So if you are sensitive to sound keep that in mind, or thinking of moving in on the second floor don’t be noisy. Also there are bums who break into cars so you need a car alarm and don’t keep anything in there."

The previous review below is 100% accurate, but feel even worse than described below. They need to be reported to BBB and local agency. An investigation needs to start. They cannot treat tenants like this. They need to come fix repairs and address concerns and treat people with respect."
