Reviews
"I apologize in advance for the lengthy review but I wanted to be completely transparent about my experience in hopes that others will not have the same issues. This apartment complex is one of the worst I have lived in. They tack on ridiculous monthly fees, such as $55/month just for having a washer and dryer in your unit (even though they don’t offer units without laundry in them), and a $26/month fee for the fitness center and mailroom being 24hrs even though that’s extremely common and also not optional. There is also no assigned parking, and covered parking isn’t even reserved for residents. Everything is first come, first serve, so if you get home after 6pm on a week day there’s a good chance you won’t be able to park near your unit. There have been nights that the lot is so crowded that I literally had to park outside the gate. The doors all use a key fob for entry instead of a key so there is no way to make copies and they do not issue you a spare, unless you want to pay for it, so I had no way of giving anyone access to my unit in the event of an emergency. They also advertise themselves as pet friendly but the dog waste bag dispensers are constantly empty, even in the dog park, and there is constantly feces all over the complex. While I do agree it is an owner’s responsibility to clean up after their dog, if the complex is not going to enforce it then they need to clean it up. As a vet tech I can only begin to list the amount of diseases transmitted through dog feces (some of which are contagious to humans as well as other dogs). I have seen the dog park littered with so much dog feces that it was impossible for my dog to run around freely without stepping in it, and at times it was left that way for DAYS even with maintenance on site. This HAS to be some sort of health code violation. My own dog ended up with giardia at one point and I have the vet bill to prove it. When I moved in there was mildew in my shower drain, multiple bugs in my apartment for weeks (they claim to do weekly pest control, and I know it wasn’t me because I’ve never had excessive pests like that before), and the apartment was filthy. A friend of mine runs a professional cleaning business and it took her over 3 hours to clean my STUDIO. My move-out process was anything but smooth. I had to end my lease two months early due to a personal crisis and financial hardship, I sent them an email as a form of written notice to vacate, and followed up about 2 weeks later after not receiving any aknowledgement. They claim it went to their spam folder, although I have sent them plenty of emails and they have never gone to their spam folder, then they tried to get me to pay a lease break fee on top of the last 2 months of rent anyway even though I submitted my written notice before the last 60 days of my lease. They refused to negotiate a payment plan, and threatened to evict me (even though I was moving out anyway). It’s not like I’m breaking a lease for fun, it became my only option. Basically, if you have no pets, don’t mind excessively cleaning your unit, and have plenty of money to throw at them, go ahead and move-in, but if you want to be treated like a human and not a number, don’t. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone at all."
"When I first moved in, in 2022 this place was great. Everything worked people were nice. My A/c has broken 4 times since living here. I was given a portable A/C for almost up to two weeks which was illegal. My neighbor below me smokes so much it seeps into my closets and through my ventilation. I am not the only one. The front office says and I quote "There is nothing we can do." The staff has changed three times. The newest staff is okay not the best. The washer and dryer in the unit is nice. My stove oven has broke twice and two new ovens have been installed. Recently a burner just broke so I will be needing another one. This place is C average for me. I think they are proposing something nice and luxurious but it is not. And my neighbors have gotten more ghetto by the day. They leave their trash everywhere, there are bugs in my apartment. And I am a clean person. They are loud and obnoxious and walk around in their pajamas. Just not a classy vibe at all. So basically I have had a horrible time here. Good Luck on your decision."
"I just moved in here and the leasing experience was very, very smooth and easy thanks to Desiree. She was kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and funny! The whole team went above and beyond to make it a good experience. They are also SUPER communicative and respond to emails very quickly. Maintenance was doing work nearby when I was moving in and they were also very friendly. The apartment itself is super cute and cozy and the appliances are very nice. Great vibes, nice neighbors, and great access to Phoenix and Scottsdale. Thank you Urbana on 12th team!!"
"I came in to tour on Tuesday and Stephanie was so friendly and quick to answer all of my questions! I am moving from out of state to expand my business and it’s always a hard process not being able to do everything in person, but Stephanie assured me she’d make it an easy process and she definitely has so far. 10/10 recommend, they’ve treated me so great through this process and are always quick to get back to me! Also .. the pool is BEAUTIFUL! So excited!"
