"This is an excellent apartment complex. I was able to buy my own home and recently moved but I truly enjoyed living there. The management is responsive, on top of things, and cares about their tenants. It is a peaceful little community with a cute pool and a dog park. My apartment had many modern updates. Nice floors, fantastic kitchen, wall mounted TV. A good apartment complex at an affordable price can be near impossible to find, I’d reccomend Coronado Flats to anyone!"

"I used Coronado Flats as an extended stay Air B&B for my travel nursing assignment in Phoenix, AZ and they were awesome! They were so helpful and extremely accommodating. If I ever had a question or a concern or maintenance issue, they were on it right away. They were really great at communicating through email or phone - whatever was necessary. The studio apartment is set completely apart from the main apartment buildings, which was nice and helpful for me on my days off when my sleep schedule was a little crazy. The pool was great, the neighbors were fun, and it was in a great location! Just a few minutes from downtown Phoenix, and 15-20 minute drive from both downtown Tempe and downtown Scottsdale. The only negative was the washing/dryer two-in-one machine was really only a washer (the dryer absolutely didn't work, BUT to be fair they told me about that prior to agreeing to stay with them). They had a wall mounted drying rack in the bathroom that worked just fine for me! If I were to stay longer, I would have started using an outside laundromat or something because the washer itself wasn't the best either, my clothes never got spun/drained and always came out literally soaking wet. Regardless of the washing machine shenanigans, I would still highly suggest this place!!! Great stay, great location, great customer service, great experience!"

"The management is amazing! They are quick to respond, accommodating, and easy to work with. Any question or issue I had was immediately addressed in a polite and professional manner, which can't be said for a lot of property management companies. The rent is a great deal, the units are updated and modern, and the common areas are well kept and clean. My experience renting here has been great!"
