"I had a really great experience leasing here! The management always heard me out with any concerns and repairs I needed. The cleaning team was so kind and lovely to say hi to every week. I would just say the on-site gym is very minimal. It was great to use in a pinch but I kept my own gym membership for specific machines."

"UPDATE ( Feb 2022): New manager, Christina, has good follow up and has made sure to address many of my concerns. Gates to property have been repaired to be quiet, smart home features were added upon lease renewal, and any issues since have been quickly resolved by management/maintenance. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The lofts are very stylish, modern and bright... but the pros stop there. Cons, to name just a few: - Very poor management (Chamberlain & Associates). Maintenance requests go unanswered for months and when you follow-up you're given the runaround. - Heavy metal gates to the property SLAM shut. Very disturbing to listen to that repeat all day and night, as people come and go. - Walls in units are very thin. - Advertised as luxury, but unit has base model, loud appliances throughout. Can't even hear your TV if you're doing laundry or dishes. Zero smart home features. - Incredibly small bathroom sink in master bath, and no storage. - Disappointing amenities given the rent prices."

"I’ve only lived here for a few weeks now, but the units themselves are incredibly nice and unique for the area. I was looking for something different than the cookie cutter 550-600 sf 1bed apartments that seem to be the standard now. These are minimalistic and feel very safe with easy parking and close to midtown and downtown. I haven’t had any issues with maintenance requests other than a quick repair at move in that was solved quickly. All in all, I’d recommend living here."

"The property management team doesn’t seem to care about the property or retaining residents. Two major issues; random charges put on the monthly rent and then only taken off after weeks of asking for backup with no explanation on why they were there in the first place. Second issue, half the lights upstairs and in the kitchen are not working. Maintenance request was put in in January. Haven’t received any updates besides when I reach out myself to hunt them down. Even then the updates do not give confidence the situation is being taken care of. Just don’t seem to care about retaining residents. Love the units themselves, perfect place for a minimalist.
