"This used to be a clean and quiet complex but the new residents have made it a nightmare. Loud parties in the courtyard with no respect for the type of environment they’ve moved into or the people that enjoyed it. I’ve complained to management a few times only to have nothing done about it. My last review was removed so I won’t be surprised if the same thing happens again."

She was kind enough to show me a couple of units and listen to the challenges that I have had at my most recent community. The renovations look great, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone."

"This weekend my A/C went out. Kristal, the manager, came to my apartment (on a Saturday) to make sure I was okay, offer water if I needed it, and brought in a portable A/C because no one could come for a week to fix it. Kristal was kind, concerned and helpful with the problem. She had the maintenance person put in a portable A/C unit. She told me that A/C companies were backed up until the end of the week, but due to her actions, I know I will feel comfortable. She is a great manager, wonderful communicator about what is going on at Maryland Greens, and strives to make this property a great place to live!"
