"The new lead maintenance guy Cesar was kind and helpful. He was really polite and fixed the broken things in our apartment with a smile on his face. I have been living in this community since 2020. And things got changed for Real. When I first joined managers were not helpful. However, since the manager Robb and new manager now Cayla took the charge things are improved. The only thing I felt that San Palmila needs to improve is “Timeline” of the fixing the orders. However, I do understand the shortage of staff after COVID."

"We have had Jose come over to help us for various occasions and he has always been wonderful! He is really helpful and will always get to the bottom of the situation and make sure the issue is resolved within a couple of minutes! He is very friendly and really good at what he does! As are the rest of the community maintenance team at San Palmillqa!"

"I put in a work order for a door that would come off for the area with the washer and dryer and Cesar came in to fix it. It took him like 2 minutes to fix it I didn’t think it would be so quick plus he was very nice and also updated me on another work order that I put in. I was very happy with the work."

"After spending the last five months in San Palmilla, all I can think of is "ALL THAT GLITTER IS NOT GOLD." For the past three months, my neighbor has been causing me problems, and I have complained to the leasing office several times. When there's a disturbance, I can call the number they gave me, but most of the time, it doesn't work, and when it does, nobody picks up. During my four or five personal visits to leasing, I never received a response other than "language issue with the tenant and trying to find someone who can speak with them." We are currently in January 2024, and this has been going on since November 2023, and still, they are unable to find anyone to speak with my neighbors. The apartment's appliances date back to the Stone Age. The oven lights don't work, the stove top doesn't lock, and the stove plates don't align correctly. When we raise a maintenance request, they will take their sweet time to repair it."

"We had an excellent experience with Laura Washburn today. She was kind, professional and communicative, even going as far as to happily show our various family members the property multiple times. The grounds and units are nicely kept. I appreciated seeing tenants, maintenance, new applicants, etc. moving in and out of the office comfortably. The staff genuinely seemed to be happy to greet them and speak with them whatever the purpose of their visit. San Palmilla appears to be a nice place to call home. We are currently going through the application process so I am unable to speak to living on the property at this time. Update: Our sons are now moved into their apartment and are very happy to be in the San Palmilla community. They did have a tub that was slow to drain but maintenance was there within a couple of days to unclog the drain and the issue has been resolved. We continue to have positive experiences communicating with the office staff. Cayla, the Office Manager was thorough during the lease signing process, patiently assuring that all information was correct and understood. Brianna has been cheerful, working to answer our questions as accurately as possible. We continue to be impressed with how well kept and safe the area is. During move-in we again saw multiple people enjoying the grounds and going about their daily business. My husband and I feel at peace knowing that our sons will be in a good place to live as they work and attend school."
