Armed with Carly as our tour guide, we observed multiple apartments that were unique and promising in their own right. However, as soon as we gazed upon this beautiful studio that we reside in currently, we knew we were hooked. From the monthly community activities, which are a tenant favorite by the way, to the widespread friendly atmosphere at Aura, this is a place to be for a long time to come."

"I have lived here for 5 months now and absolutely love it! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (Carly is top tier). They are super responsive to any issues or questions. Pool area is always quiet and relaxing. I rarely see crowds of people, literally feel like I live here all by myself sometimes. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!"

"I have lived at Aura Central for just under a year now and I have to say that It is the happiest I have been at an apartment so far. I have moved 7 times since living in Phoenix and this is the first apartment I’ve lived at that has their act together. No apartment complex is perfect by any means but the leasing staff tries very hard to keep this building in great shape. I appreciate the leasing managers trying their absolute best to be on top of any and all concerns I may have. When I first moved in I had a minor issue with my thermostat and Autumn was very efficient and quick to get it resolved for me. There has been a few times someone let their guest park in my parking spot but Carly has always been super quick to respond to that and get it taken care of for me. She tagged the car and gave me a temporary parking spot in the mean time that way I had another place to park. I greatly appreciate having a leasing office that responds quick and picks up when I call!! I know quite a lot of people in the building and I personally think the leasing office is very fair when dealing with residents. The apartment itself is beautiful with easy to clean floors, sleek light fixtures and high ceilings! The neighbors I have next to me and above me have been very respectful of noise and footsteps and I barely ever hear them. I plan on renewing my lease with Aura as they have been very accommodating to any and all needs. A bonus to living here are all the fun events that Autumn and Carly put on for the residents. They definitely take the extra mile to throw fun events. Some of the ones I enjoyed were: charcuterie night, a paint class and a build your own flower bar. They definitely don’t skimp out when it comes to giving back to the residents which I appreciate because living in a luxury apartment is an investment and they make it worth it."

"The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful! It was very spacious for a studio and I love the fact that I was the first person to live inside this apartment! Everything was going fine at first living here until I had the most nosey upstairs neighbor! They would party almost everyday especially on the weekends I don’t mind during the day but they would party past 8pm all the way until sunrise! I even called the “security line” multiple times to get this situation handled and no one would answer my call or I would be on hold for over 30 minutes! The pool was always packed with people who would bring their families, cousins, great aunts, grandchildren, God himself, etc.! It felt like more of a community pool! Also people would party past 10pm down in the lobby to the point where I could feel my walls shaking to the bass. Garage was a danger zone it took them 12 months to even put mirrors up people would go 60+ turning the corners I’m surprised I didn't get into an accident there! Don’t even get me started on the dog pee that you can smell throughout the hallways! Also my guest couldn’t even be comfortable visiting me in MY OWN APARTMENT. My own partner told me he was uncomfortable visiting me because the manger said he was visiting “too much”?? Also felt like they would nick pick on everything I do I couldn’t even put a welcome rug out in front of my door and got a complaint notice but everyone else had plants and welcome mats outside their door…? They were definitely picking and choosing… I could go on and on about this… I think me just saying that I moved out 3 months early should tell you everything *Addressing their comment* -These issues were addressed numerous of times while living at these apartments which I also spoke with my neighbors and they complained as well ( As you can tell nothing was done about it) - Second my partner did not need to be added to the lease he had his own place at the time and he couldn’t even visit me to bring me flowers or even come to hang out with me due to him feeling uncomfortable ( AKA to everyone who has a partner knows how intimacy works) - Third there was never a patrol officer on site…"
