"The staff who works in the office is incredibly unhelpful. Kind, but unhelpful. There is no official way of communication between then and the residents -- we find out about most of the important things going on with handwritten notes posted on the walls. The other way we receive information is notes posted to the doors, often with conflicting information. There is central air conditioning (we can't choose what temp to put it on at any time), and the A/C has not worked in two weeks, since they claimed to have turned it on. It is hotter in the apartments than OUTSIDE in ARIZONA. Roach infested, everything is falling apart (showers, toilets, stoves, the laundry room has very few working machines), and they refuse to care about their tenants. Don't move here if you care about not overheating in summer. I will say they take care of the grass and landscape, but it seems that's the only thing they've done right. The neighbors keep to themselves and it's a quiet little area, but that doesn't change the apartment complex itself. I'm not rating the area nor my neighbors, I'm rating my experience at this complex, and it has been very very poor."

"I have never written a Yelp review in my life, but here we are. I cannot understate how bad this company is. I lived in one of their properties in Phoenix for two years. The utter disregard for the property and their tenets' wellbeing goes beyond negligence. Roaches, broken and hazardous materials left scattered everywhere, improperly installed appliances, gas leaks, etc etc. Every time I had to deal with management, it was a nightmare. The combination of idiocy, laziness, and outright hostility makes it so nothing ever gets done. A neighbor of mine had a broken toilet for several months before anyone from the office even bothered to look at it. When I finally moved out, they arbitrarily charged me $344 in cleaning fees. I lived alone and have OCD. My apartment was f-ing immaculate when I left. But this is how this company functions. They nickel and dime you for everything you're worth. Also, not surprised to find out they're not Better Business Bureau accredited. Never rent here and never deal with this company if you can avoid it. I hope they go bankrupt."

"Had no AC for 8 days at the beginning of July 2022 and owners refuse to compensate tenants rent for this. AZ housing 33-1640 states they are required to discount rent but they refuse. Penalty is 1000.00 per unit person for no ac if Temps are over 100 degrees. That's about a $1 million dollar fine for the 128 apts. Do not move in there. It is NOT a luxury apartment complex. Currently the none of the dryers in the laundry room work. I paid $175.00 for a new front door that has never been replaced."
