"****review from current resident**** This apartment complex disappoints for the price point. The elevator is always down and my bike was recently stolen. Don’t get me started on the Internet, which cuts out whenever it wants to! For a luxury apartment, this is at the bottom of the totem pole. Additionally, living right next to the street is not for the light sleeper. The property staff with the exception of maintenance (who actually are the best) show lack of enthusiasm and integrity for their residents. I’m not someone who typically writes reviews but had to share my thoughts on the property. They try to incentivize you with six weeks of free rent, but you pay for it through the required Internet package, which is always DOWN! And covered parking which parallels to a heard of cows being squished into a small space. I’m not telling you to run, but you should think twice before moving in as there is a plethora of new apartments developing in Midtown and uptown Phoenix!"

"I toured Callia and really liked it! The architecture and amenities of the building were very contemporary. Both the one and two bedroom units I looked at were very appealing to me. There is a lot of cabinet/pantry space in the kitchens, as well as counter space! Additionally, I love the large bathrooms and walk-in closets in the bedrooms. The ladies in the office were all extremely helpful. During my tour, Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!"

"My experience on this property was probably one of the best that I’ve ever had since I’ve been in Arizona everybody that works in the main office just to name a few Anthony and Kaylee we’re so amazing. This property is in tiptop shape amenities are some of the cleanest and maintenance seem to be on top of things, as the pools are crystal clear disney like, let alone if you have a pet, there are always bags at every station. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a nice peaceful place to live."
