"it’s been 35 days since i moved out and haven’t gotten security deposit back. we’ve left messages with multiple people and sent emails and nobody will reply. finally just got a hold of Sondra, and she cursed me out and hung up on me. really classy. this is the worst company ever do not move in here, you will regret it."

"I am going into my third year at this apartment and I love my two bedroom townhouse. It is spacious, quiet and in a great location. Has a washer dryer that has never given me issues. Dishwasher with no issues, ac works. Gated community and the gates do what they are supposed to do. Since Lauren has been managing service requests are completed quickly and the building has a fresh coat of paint which makes it look so much nicer. The only thing that sucks about living here is the minimal guest parking, but I have parked out back on the street and never had an issue back there as it’s a pretty good neighborhood. Residents look out for each other, I will not be leaving until it’s time to upgrade to a house!"

"Safe, beautiful environment. I've lived here for 3 years and never seen a bug inside my 2 bedroom apartment! The best staff ever. They care for all their tenants. I hear no noise while inside. The only thing is people parking in other tenants parking spaces. The manager is doing a great job by stopping the parking issue. Great place to live if you like peace and quiet along with a bug free apartment or town house."

"This place is great period. It's small, affordable and in a terrific location right at the entrance of the 51 Freeway (with Fry's across the street). The office staff is helpful, accommodating and appreciative. The grounds are looking wonderful each day. The neighbors are pleasant. The maintenance staff is helpful and get jobs done quickly. The buildings are really good shape. The management is on top of anything that may be out of order. It's quiet, it's gated and safe. We have been very happy with our stay here and hope to continue. All positive."
