Trellis Apartments 1100 East Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85022

"Alright 1 Year update: Trellis was bought out and is now called Greenleaf. I don't have any issues with the apartment complex entirely other than I think parking sucks. Other than that the apartments are good. Expensive, but good. NOW THE LEASING AGENT SPECIFICALLY THE LIGHT SKINNED "bi-racial" girl in the front has the MOST nastiest attitude. Recently I had a package that went missing. All of a sudden my package magically appears a week after it's delivery. My box was open. Packing tape removed and they tried to make me feel paranoid when I knew that someone had stolen my package. They just didn't find anything of value in it to keep it. Typical leasing agents mad about their lives and jobs. My rent is paid on time and I EXPECT to be treated like a human being. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Two Month Update: I've only lived here for two months now so if anything changes over the next year I will update my review. Overall singing a lease with Trellis is fairly simple and was such a easy process. I had no issues and loved how Mayra showed me around the complex. I was very at ease and felt at home. I was moving from a very bad apartment experience and had a lot of anxiety about moving into another apartment. I told Mayra my concerns and she really listened to me and gave me her feedback and it eased my decision on moving into Trellis. I really love my apartment (for now lol). The upgraded stainless steel appliances and the open floor layout is so nice. I love the tall doors and just the over all quietness of the complex of course you're going to hear noises, but trellis is so much more quieter than my last apartment. I do wish they had elevators here for a "luxury apartment", but hey at least those of us on high floors will have great calves to show off on summer nights :). The pool isn't heated like they say it is, but it's nice for now and the gym is very nice as well. The equipment is what you would see at a EOS which is great when you can't get to the gym. I don't see many people using it either. The community area is nice as well. I don't go over their often, but I need to. Very nice layout. So much closet space and deep tubs. I just really love living here (for now) and the area is a little rough, but you are surrounded by so many great restaurants, grocery stores, businesses in walking distance and I love it!"

"I am reading some of the reviews complaining about certain things but I for one have had nothing but good stuff. It is my understanding that the residents don’t like to take care of things such as picking up after their dogs, hitting the gates with their cars because they are impatient and then complain that the gates don’t work. Not all of this comes down to management, they are repairing the things accordingly but maybe some of the residents could show a bit more pride and respect in where they live and keep it clean. I pick up trash daily when I leave for work... Nancy, the property manager is doing her end and she is doing great. The other half needs to be on the community as well. That said, the value is excellent, staff is nice, club house being locked after the staff leaves sucks but I wouldn’t unlock it either due to the concern of people messing it up. I for sure recommend this place :)"

"Pros - Nice floorplan. Staff is courteous. Cons - There is no visitor parking at night, which creates a very trashy feel. There are like 30 covered spots open, though. Weird. The rec center is not open in the evenings, making it impossible to use if you have a job. The jacuzzi is colder than the pool."

"With a four-year-old with cancer I really needed a clean place to stay. The staff and Community are incredibly nice I feel so safe at night. It's very quiet here. Easy access to the freeway. I love the park behind us. This was a good choice to move here"

"The service I've received from the leasing office so far as been fantastic! The first day I viewed the property Mayra spent a lot of time with me trying to find just the right unit. I so appreciated that! She was so professional. There was a lot going on that day in the office and she was the only one there, yet she provided excellent customer service! I could not have asked for more. I currently live out of town so have had several email and phone conversations with Mayra and Tracy. Always prompt and helpful....top notch customer service. I can't wait to actually move in!"
