"I wouldnt recommend. I lived here a little over 3yrs and I lived on the second floor and my carpet in my living room consistently came up. And when it did come up there were nails from the carpet that would come up too. Some nails had no heads on them so when I would have people over some people were getting injured. Notified the office people about it and all they would do is come and hammer the nails down which was a temporary fix because then the nails would come back up. After addressing this issue with them several times and even having to get a little aggressive they FINALLY sent a carpet person out to fix it. Oh and did I mention at the time I had a small child who was just crawling and learning how to walk which means it wasn’t safe for my child. Fast forward to my lease ending they didn’t even want to renew my lease because I had been late a few times throughout the year. I paid it it was just late. So their excuse for not renewing my lease was “I couldn’t afford the rent anymore.” Lol. As mentioned I paid it plus late fees so the way I see it I’m putting more money in yall pockets by paying any additional fees on top of rent and the point of having a late charge policy is for tenants to take advantage of it. What’s the point of having a late charge policy if y’all feel people can’t afford the rent if they late. Don’t make sense to me. Mind you I am single mother and from September 2019-March 2023 a lot has changed with just life so yeah I was late a few times on rent but it got paid. Then when it was time to move out these people accused me of the carpet being damaged. Stating their were dark marks in the carpet. I will post photos attached to this review and their were no dark spots. As mentioned I was there from 2019-2023 so I mean the carpet not gone be perfect but these people didn’t even attempt to try an clean the carpet first before deciding it had to be replaced. So they basically charged me for carpet that wasn’t even damaged. I just think they were trying to get additional money out of me. And did. Also the front desk lady Christina who sits in the office. She’s extremely rude and messy. She sits and talks about every tenant that lives there and she discusses tenants with other tenants and I don’t feel that’s professional or appropriate. This apartment wasn’t all of that. The cabinets were super old appliances were out dated but it served what it needed during my time there but I would not recommend paradise foothills apartment homes."

"I've lived here for three years; I would recommend it! Management and maintenance always responded timely, to my online requests, emails or phone calls - they even do follow up phone calls after every maintenance request to make sure the work was done. I never had issues with any other tenants here. The property is small, and it's beautifully maintained. Depending on what you choose, the appliances aren't that up to date. Floors are thin, so if you live on the first floor, you will hear the people above you. People mentioned bed bugs, I never had that issue. I've seen a roach here and there but they were quick to address the issue once I brought it up. I've never seen the laundry rooms closed - if a machine did go down, they were quick to repair it. The only thing I would say is, I wish the pool was cleaned a little more frequently other than that it's great. It's a quiet place to live as well!"

"We lived here for only 5 months and I'm glad we're out of there. The first week, the closet racks collapsed and ripped off the wall with barely any clothes hung on. The 2nd bathroom sink leaked, the hot water was luke warm, and the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. When we told them about our hot water issue, they told us there was nothing they could do because the water travels far, from one side of the house to the other. Luckily, my husband knew how to adjust the water heater ourselves. After maintenance "fixed" the closet and sink, the sink continued to leak and ruin things we put under the sink. The closet racks ripped again. Later on, our AC leaked, dripping water on our head in the hallway. We had a bunch of ants in the kitchen, even though there was no food out. The range hood above the stove spit grease vapors onto the cabinet doors above. This place looks nice at first but there's so much that went wrong in our short amount of time here. For a place that charges TWO MONTHS RENT if you move before your year is up, you'd expect more. Very disappointed in our experience. Would not recommend."

"The rents are reasonable, spacious apartments, two pools, 24/7 fitness center and two laundry rooms. All the facilities are always clean and the property is beautiful. l really like the landscaping and all the flowers and plants. My stay has been pleasant so far. The office staff is very welcoming and Gabe is awesome. My work orders are always completed with in 24 hours. No pest issues. No issues or concerns. It's a great place!"

"I've been here almost 10 months and I love it. It's been an awesome experience for someone who's never moved out on their own before. I'm a girl who lives alone here, and usually that would be kind of scary but this place has made me feel so safe and never in any danger. The people are very nice, my neighbors have always been very kind and helpful. And when I was first looking for apartments it was very important to read the reviews and you never really could find much except for a couple good reviews or some bad ones because people had bad experiences so that is why I am writing this one. I have nothing but love for this place, and I recommend it for everyone. It's super cheap and you get more then what you pay for. The only reason I will be moving out is because I want a washer and dryer in unit but other than that I highly recommend this place!"
