"Moving forward...a month later and the air conditioning is working. Yay! My opinion has pivoted after a stellar encounter with the maintenance man, Francisco. My husband put in a work order for multiple offenses a few days ago. In 4 hours, Francisco fixed our dishwasher, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, installed new hallway closet doors (including a new track), installed a new bedroom door, a new closet door for the bedroom and new blinds for the back bedroom. He did this in a professional manner with a smile, even. Not to mention a great job! I am so relieved that our apartment is in functioning order. I thought for sure it would take months to complete. He will be returning next week to finish a few other things. I am so pleased and astonished, really, that he did such a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations in cleanliness, timeliness, and efficiency."
