"We have lived at Escape for almost a year now and it has been by far the best experience we have ever had with an apartment complex. We have lived at several other complexes in this neighborhood and others, and learned very quickly to expect constant headaches when needing to deal with management or maintenance, but Escape has been nothing but wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say about living here. The complex is quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The amenities are awesome and truly resort like. The residents are all friendly. Jacky at the leasing office is always quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. The apartment itself is high quality, we have only had a couple of minor maintenance needs, aside from one time our AC went out over the summer (which is incredibly common in AZ), but it happened at night after hours and maintenance had it fixed and running again first thing that morning so it was quick and painless. We’ve had issues with parking at all of our previous complexes, but there is plenty here if you have multiple vehicles, never had an issue with having a second car nor with any guest parking. They have valet trash so it is picked up from your front door every night which is super convenient. I am so pleased with our time living here. We are moving out at the end of our lease, but only because we need a bigger space. If we could get the square footage we need here, we would probably never leave. If you are looking at Escape for your next apartment, you will NOT be disappointed."

"This is a great apartment community! It is very clean and well taken care of. I had a great tour with Jackie who was very informative and a true professional. The building is very spacious with underground parking and lots of parking for visitors. I would highly recommend moving here!"

"We moved here right after Thanksgiving. We've loved it ever since and here are a few highlights of living here. This place is very safe and secure. The doors come with dead bolt locks and getting in this property is impossible if you don't know a resident or employee . The office people, especially Jacky and Erica are sweet. They really care about the residents and it shows. The gym is absolutely fantastic. My partner and I have both found a routine that works for us and enjoy going there. The Loft is this spacious room on the top floor with a beautiful view. There's also a pool table in there which my boyfriend and I visit often. The coffee and hot chocolate machine!! The pool and all the fire pits around it. The underground parking is well lit. The community events and little things the staff does for the tenants."

"Escape always finds a way to celebrate their residents each month. Free food, treats, and goodies are part of their monthly programming, and the lobby is frequently decorated for the holidays. What an adorable way to celebrate love for Valentine’s Day!"
