"I have been trying to pay my August rent since August 3rd 2023 and have not been able to do so. I received rental assistance for July 2023 and someone in the office decided to reject it. That should have not happened and I have my August rent money and would like to pay it ASAP! Someone please contact me because no one has reached back out to me to tell me what’s going on besides the new office manager Diana letting me know someone rejected the July rent payment. "I have lived at the Montecito Apartments for 3 years and it is well kept and cared for. Has cluster set up so the feeling is of a small complex. I had a washer malfunction and after 2 attempts to repair them Monica the manager made sure I received a brand new washer and dryer. They were upgraded from the last set and I am thrilled with them. I particularly love the Montecito because of all the green space and large trees bringing shade but also the wonderful sound of the wind through the trees is something you will not find many places in Arizona. It sits at the base of mountain preserves for lovely views. Yet is closely located to Fry’s, many banks, the post office and restaurants. The manager is always around and her office is open she is friendly and ready to help with anything you might need."

"Just moved in about two months ago. The move in was great and the community is so peaceful. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, newly renovated, with all new stainless steal appliances, and new washer and dryer. All my neighbors are nice and quiet. Also Monica is the absolute best and my daughters both 3 and 5 years old love her so much already. The Montecito Apartments feel like home. They treat us like family here❤️."

"These apartments are by far the best I’ve lived in so far. I was lucky enough to get a renovated apartment with very nice appliances everything new and stainless steel which I love. Also, the property manager Monica has been so helpful with everything from the application process(especially as a first time renter) to the minimal issues that do occur (power outage, internet problems, pool issues etc.) whatever it is she’s on it and is sure to send updates to residents via text or email. I’ve renewed my lease once already and have no complaints. I would recommend Montecito Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live."
