"After living there for years I decided to move out once Kay Kay Realty took over from Dunlap & Magee this past summer. Every month they performed a monthly inspection. Yet they fixed absolutely nothing. Is that even legal? It’s 3 maintenance men living on site and they still managed to fix nothing. It begin to feel like I was being harassed to force me to move out. I spoke to several other tenants & they all felt the same way. The new property manager who I believe name is Candice picks and chooses who she’s nice to. She can also be very short with you. I tried to make a complaint to her and she told me to “put it in writing”. One of the maintenance men lived right across from me & he never did any work. Whenever I would say hi & politely tell him something was wrong in my unit he’d ignore me. I really think he was racist. The Hacienda has gone down the drain. For a year the entry & exit gates stayed broken. Allowing the nearby homeless to infiltrate the grounds, fishing through trash. Searching for cigarettes, and breaking in cars. This is an ok place for people in their 20s. But not quite for someone who’s established. Choose wisely. Maybe Kay Kay realty can revive the place."

"I hope this new management can do much better,I keep waiting. I offered to maintain pool.they say they r waiting for a part for pump. The pump is circulating and bring into leaves and such into filters.how is pump not working.they say they r waiting for a part for months.tell me the name of part I will buy it at Costco with my family owned pool company to which I worked many years. At the least I can check water,sweep sides n bottom and empty filters. I know I'm actually afraid of bringing up concerns about pool for being screamed at."

"My daughter lives in this complex. O mist say very hard to get in touch with staff...i know we have a pandemic process but come on pick up the phone at least. They will follow up if you leave a mrdssge"

"Great employers here very polite and maintenance does his best to get his work orders done and he try's to be quick while doing it correctly. No complaints not bad place to live"

"I went to this property about a 2 weeks ago to check it out. And never will I consider!!!! Louis the guy at the front desk was extremely rude to my mom when she asked him a question. And he's a manager, which means poor management. the apartments here are small and ugly too."
