"1) they towed my car without giving me any verbal warning as I was parked in the wrong spot. You’d think they’d let me know as I’m a resident. I could understand if it was a non resident, but the fact I pay rent here makes this unethical. 2) the key fob system broke, which made me late to work and also ran into many people who I’ve never seen before inside the building making me feel unsafe. Both of these instances shows that they do not care for their residents especially the 1st point made. Customer service is around satisfying the customer and not purposely looking to dissatisfy them."

"Update: I had recently left a poor review for the property management team due to move-in day errors and escalations. After a few weeks of living here, Shirley, the Lead Manager, was extremely helpful in stepping in and assisting with a few escalation's. Although our move in day was still an overwhelming one, ultimately, we are thankful for Shirly's help in rectifying the situation in the end. The building is clean, quiet, and has friendly neighbors - hoping to continue to see improvements under Shirley's supervision!"

"I have been a resident at Montreux for the last 2 years and have had an overall very positive experience. One aspect that truly sets Montreux apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff members are not only professional but also go out of their way to make residents feel valued. Any concerns or maintenance requests were addressed promptly, showcasing the management's commitment to resident satisfaction. With this being said it was not always this way and Jennifer (Property Manager) has really amplified the experience and offering that is Montreux. Location-wise, Montreux Apartments couldn't be more convenient. Situated in a prime area of Phoenix (Very close to Scott’s Dale), it offers easy access to shopping centers, dining options, and major highways, making daily life both convenient and enjoyable. I appreciate the effort Montreux puts into creating a sense of community among residents. The organized events and social gatherings provided a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and make the apartment complex feel like a true home. Overall, my time at Montreux Apartments has been an exceptional living experience. So much that I hope we can continue to live here! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-designed, conveniently located, and community-oriented place to call home in Phoenix."

"They are NOT family friendly even in the slightest. If you have a child you should look elsewhere or else you will get harassed. We were told our 2 year old who weighed not even 30 pounds running causes the people below light fixtures to move. If a 25 pound child can cause things to move from a different apartment then that is a structural issue. We were bothered multiple times about our child. If you try to reach out to the community you are met with rude employees. Lastly, when trying to move out, we gave one month notice before our contract ended. They still tried to charge us an extra months rent, even after providing proof. Only after my husband provided Arizona leasing laws and let them know it they further tried to charge us we would have lawyers. Update since I cannot reply to their response: this account is registered with my maiden name, while living there I use my married name (obviously). My husband and I tried to contact the office many times with no response"

"From day one, my experience at Montreux has been excellent. My family and I have been impressed with the team at Montreux since the day I moved in. The manager Jennifer is professional, but also warm and friendly and truly gets to know her residents. She even cooked BBQ for the last resident pool party. You can tell she is proud of the Montreux community and the people who live here! Honestly, it doesn’t matter who you deal with at Montreux; they are all outstanding to deal with. To anyone looking for a beautiful place to live, I would highly recommend you visit Montreux. They have wonderful amenities and planned monthly activities that promote the feeling of community."
