"My name is Rev., Robert Sainz. Our church rents out parking for Urban 148. As of now they are two months behind in paying us rent. Could you imagine what they would do to someone who is two months behind on their rent… It’s a shame. Originally our contract started out so good but throughout the past four years, Management just does not care. I would definitely stay away from doing any business with Urban 148 or Chamberlain properties. There is just no integrity left… As a man of faith, I am really disappointed with the way they have treated us. Pastor Bob"

"Horrible place to live. They have little to no parking. The construction guys kept parking in my spot. They towed my car twice and told me they would reimburse me, they never did. They once towed it only cause one of the tires was on the line of a parking spot. Poorly managed and the staff has no respect for its residents. They take forever to do work orders. They raise the rent each time you sign a new lease. The pool was mostly closed for whatever reasons. I would give this place zero stars."

"Worst place I ever lived. Poorly managed. Lived here for a year and they do not care about their residents. New management is trying to make it better since old staff let to many things slide. Paid $30 a month for water filters that were never changed. Very scary place to live, no parking. You can park at the church down the road but there is no lights and your car will get broken into."

"This place is a complete mess!!! They will take advantage of disabled residents. Lie to them over and over again. Even when you have written proof of all their lies (directly from them) they will either lie or ignore the issue for MONTHS! I wish I could give them zero stars for the way I saw them treat a disabled Veteran who lives there. A pretty major water leak from the ceiling took months to fixed and then after it was fixed it leaked again! She was told they would clean out the air ducts from the water leak and 4 months later guess what still isn’t done. They have also incorrectly dated two documents to her and when it was pointed out they don’t even acknowledge their mistake. It’s horrible business. Completely dishonest. They brag about Community and togetherness yet it’s definitely all about cheating, lying and trying to make the most money they can. Can’t even put in filters or changed but they charge you $30+ a month for them. They type up the lease wrong (3 times I believe), don’t give the right amount of keys, over charge you and when you ask for it to be fixed (even though once again it’s all in writing) they hold it over your heads and treat you like you are doing something wrong. From the top to the bottom they are all just horrible people with zero integrity. Be warned!"

"The newly renovated apartments are nice. The playground for the children is awesome! The maintenance does a great job at keeping the community clean and fixing issues in the apartment. The management is very friendly Amanda has been very helpful and she is fun to chat with. They are working on fixing up the pool so it has been closed for awhile but it's a good size and the kids love it! Most of my neighbors are amazing and overall I am just really pleased with the apartment and staff! So far it is the best place we have lived in!"
