Cynthia Ortega likes to take advantage of her power she have as a manager. She thinks she can have everything under control when her own life is not under control. She violates the privacy of the tenants by putting cameras facing their patios ."

"Beat place I've ever lived! The manager is always on top of any issues. Maintenance is always on site and emergency response has always been a priority. I've never had to wait over night for any severe issues. They make sure to monitor the property with surveillance cameras and lighting which makes it really nice when coming home later. I recommend this property to anyone!"

"Not not veteran-friendly. Does not accept service animals pool is still not fixed a highly infectious of bed bugs and roaches too many broken down vehicles and too many homeless people that camp here. There's a lot of Thieves. The management staff does not care about tendons. Do not recommend for future residences for low prices."

"Moved in Dec. Was told the pool would be up and running by May. 1 & 1/2 yrs later, pool still not available. Manager plays favorites, slanders tenants, won't let his maintenance people do their jobs right. 'He gets a order for something to get fixed, he either hills on to it, or tells you he will do it by a certain day. That day comes and goes, you might be lucky if you get it take care of within 3 months. Was evicted, due to a stray cat coming into pour place and the manager just opening our door, walking in, (Mind you he had NO reason to) then seeing the cat, snapping a pic and using it against us. (No pets, no way no how, not even service animals) all in all, DON'T RENT HERE"
