"These people are the biggest rip offs in Az. They said we were smoking and we were not. Evicted and then charged for rest of lease, and cleaning the air in apartment and paint ex.. $6,000 later and sure they won't do any of it and re rent so they get paid Double. If you can find a parking spot anywhere around your building your lucky DONT RENT ANY APARTMENTS FROM MARK TAYLOR"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. We’ve lived here for 3 years & when the management team changed everything went downhill. We truly LOVED living at San Milan when Victor & that management team was here. They were wonderful & we never had any issues. Unfortunately now, I would highly suggest if you could live somewhere else, to do so. Our apartment has been leaking water from the roof for DAYS. We’ve called over 25 times to the office, maintenance & manager Hannah with NOTHING resolved. San Milan management truly does not care about the well-being of their residents. If we could give zero stars we would."

"The gate code box has been down for over a month forcing any guests who do not have the tracker sticker for the gate to automatically open to sit and wait for someone who does to come and enter. I've seen guest enter through exit gate when someone leaves to get inside due to gate box not working which is not safe. I understand things happen and things break but for it to be malfunctioned for a month is ridiculous. Esp with how expensive these apartment homes are."

"As a resident for 6 months now, I have nothing negative to say about life at the San Milan. The staff are the best part about this place as they are always available and will go above and beyond to help with any issue. Maintenance is quickly addressed and the amenities are always in working order. It is very quiet at night and feels safe at all times of the day. Parking is usually easy to find (for unassigned parking places). I would recommend this complex for those looking in the area."
