"I lived here in 2016 & 2017, in Apartment #12 . First, a few 'cons': (1.) There is **NO CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, in the ENTIRE COMPLEX!** Each apartment is given a portable A/C unit (with the flexi-hose that runs to & then out of your front living room window). The A/C unit is just NOT large enough to cool your entire apartment down, adequately - ESPECIALLY if you live up on the second floor, like I did. In the summer months, with my A/C unit running full-blast, my apartment would still EASILY reach 84° degrees by 9am, at LEAST! (2.) The complex laundry room literally has 2 quarter-operated washers & 2 quarter-operated dryers, for 20 UNITS worth of residents. (3.) Maintenance took FOREVER to come & fix anything - there is only one maintenance person (he's the landlord's brother) & this is NOT the only property, that he maintains. & now, a few 'pros': (1.) You can't beat the location...you're literally a 2-minute walk to the light rail & Roosevelt Row. (2.) The rent here was DIRT CHEAP, as compared to the other apartment complexes in this neighborhood."
