"I just moved in, and I have to say that the apartment is beautiful, breathtaking. This is a luxury apartment. There are plenty of closets and cabinets and shelves and places to organize and store a lot of belongings. The staff is friendly and efficient and there to answer any questions. There are plenty of amenities, including multiple swimming pools and dog parks. For me, it is a dream come true. You have to see it for yourself. You will love it."

"I renewed my lease and decided to leave a review. I love the location right off 7th Street & the mountain preserves are right here. The parking lot needs repairs. The maintenance workers are great especially Nelson. Fixed my water heater same day it went out. The manager is all over it here addressing questions & issues I had with deliveries. They do monthly events I went to like happy hours. Looking forward to the parking lot repairs."

"I love living at Clifton on 7th. The leasing staff has been so helpful and welcoming. My apartment was updated and beautiful. The pools are clean. My husband loves the brand new gym equipment. My only complaint is the lack of parking. I work until 2-3am and often have to park on the outside of the gates. When I inquired the office told me it's first come-first served..."
