"I have been here at Northern Edge Apartments for almost 1 year. They have increased my rent by $160 dollars, in the first year. The community is not gated and homeless sleep in the pool area often. Security is suppose to be there but you have to call them to come for an emergency. Damage would be done by the time they arrive. Manager is like a used car salesman do not believe anything they say. If their mouths are moving they are lying,.."

"A really nice property, super modern feel, the renovations are very well done and attribute to the younger style of the apartment. Lexi the Manager was very helpful and got us moved in very quickly!"

"The place is good for the price. We have some issues with people in the neighborhood but they are working on the gates. Good restaurants (Las Glorias Grill) and Albertsons is near by. There was a mix up on rent issue but that has been resolved."
