The building is a wonderful building and my apartment means so much. Encore has made my first year a wonderful year. It's a good place to live. Thank you"

"Let me start by saying I’m a paid caregiver and also work in the behavioral health field. This company not only harassed my client but also began to harass myself. They’re constantly losing rent payments. Maintenance does nothing for the residents and the property managers actively engage in starting drama around property. And as for the drugs and bad people being allowed in building..it’s constant and the floors all smell like burning fentanyl every time you walk through. I’ve also attached a photo below of a homeless man sleeping in their hallway. Please for your own well being consider other alternatives."
