"If i could give this negative stars i would daily homeless issues and drug addicts all over the place and people shooting up in the laundry room. Management deliberatly places people here who cant afford to live here and who have serious mental issues... blackmold is in all apts. and rats are everywere as well. Cars get broken into nightly and they tell tenants its there problem not the properties issue. Management wont even stay on the property more then a few hrs per week expect an empty office and nothing getting fixed ever...... The State should shut this place down and sue for wrongful deaths ( 4 bodies found here in last 2 months)....."

"Single handedly the worst place I've ever had the displeasure of inhabiting. The property itself is plauged with roaches, mold, garbage, plumbing issues, and outright rude or disrespectful tenants. This place is falling apart right before our eyes with this new manager who seems to have a complete disregard for the tenants of Canyon North. This place was far from paradise before, but at least maintenance was much more common and we could at least have consistent levels of communication should issues arise. To date, we have filed 5 separate maintenance requests with a grand total of 0% of issues ever being addressed. It was only when my father actually sought out a maintenance worker who just happened to be here at the time did a single issue get resolved and worst of all, he preceded to tell us that the manager had never even sent the maintenance requests to them. I have never seen a place so mismanaged and with such awful living conditions that I look forward to finally leaving this place behind. Overall, you'd be wise to find much better accommodations elsewhere and for much cheaper!"

"This is the worst place you could possibly live, management is lazy and rude when calling in work orders they never get completed. It four months to patch up my bedroom, I called when it rain in the bedroom they did nothing about it. Since I was there they had three different women running the property. It's horrible trash every where just nasty. Stay far away from this place, they should condemn this place. But I will add after speaking with Kim I believe she will turn that whole place around, she works hard and she does her job and she is easy to talk. I have faith she can clean up Canyon North Apartment's and so far she is doing a great job so go by and check them out."

"lived here for 2 years, car broken into 3 times, moved into apt that had bed bugs and roaches, made me pay for the treatment. that was not effective bought my own pesticide and got rid of them all. shoddy plumbing sink clogged 4 times flooding kitchen getting carpet wet and moldy offered a blower fan to dry the carpet. I rented a carpet shampoo machine my self asked for new carpet declined not new before move in first week there , someone shot up a apartment, guy was murdered in apt 116. oh and did i say termites, the owner is a total slum lord good luck if you move here."
