"5/2022 management isn’t handling property correct, graffiti on the back stair walls, graffiti on the sidewalk of 2nd Ave and McKinley. Allana Richardson property manager is a bully to the decent residents"
"This the safest, comfortable living community I've ever lived in here in the valley. I love this place."
"My friend lives here and his loft is nice. The area is clean and outside not a lot going on most of the residents stay to themselves. It's always quite when I visit."
"These folks do a great job of helping a lot of folks with decent & affordable housing in a nicely kept & safe environment."
"I lived there for 3 years while waiting on disability. Because I didn't live during what they consider normal hours, sleep during the day and live at night, I was listed as a meth dealer by the manager and a relative of a BOD officer who lived there. They put syringes outside in my plants, small baggies near my car making it look like I used drugs. However during the 3 yrs there, I had not lost a lb but gained 40+ pounds. Now they are attacking the people there that helped me clean and get moved. And they are giving false statement to apts calling for references. Maintenance is awful. The half way fix stuff or ignore it all together. I had to do all the repairs myself asking friends for money to di them because I had none at the time. I got approved for disability and got enough to make some large purchases, a car, a truck and all new furniture. That's when the manager and the relative to the Board really started telling people to avoid me, dont associate with the drug dealer...... I even contacted the board of directors only to be dismissed. How can a company that says they are there ti better the community and help get people off the streets turn around and torment emotionally and mentally someone innocent while they do allow the users and dealers to remain living in their properties. If you want drugs, go to any NAC community. If your looking for a place to relax and call home. Stay far away, especially if your white or black. They only see shades of brown. They dont understand that people are individuals and have a choice in their lives. Of when to sleep or be awake and to live the way that makes them happy. They leave the obnoxious people alone and pray on the ones."
