"I've spent the past year living in Cobalt on 32nd and have nothing but positive things to say. The neighborhood community and amenities are fantastic. The manager, Adrianna, has topped off the experience. She is super friendly and has the most positive attitude. She goes above and beyond to help the residents with anything and everything she can. As someone who moves often, my experience is management can be a make or break. Adrianna is hands down the best management I've dealt with. Highly recommend!!!"

"The corner apartment I had, had bedrooms placed over my neighbor's garage, so when they opened their garage door it sounded like a freight train was underneath you in the middle of the night. The air handling unit of the air conditioner was so loud you couldn't talk to someone when it was on. The place has really gone downhill in the last year, with loud tenants moving in and constant noise disturbances."

"I love living here!! Always so beautifully maintained. The office staff is so sweet and attentive. Never any issues with maintenance, he’s such a great addition to living here. All of my neighbors are quiet and respectful. I so appreciate the real grass for my dog."

"While we love the unit itself, we just wish the community had more amenities to offer. I feel like the “clubhouse” is unusable for the residents, unless the property itself hosts an event. Otherwise, the units offer great space and nice features."
