"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. High volume of homeless people that leave trash all over the outside of the gates and walk inside the community. Parking is first come first serve and the spaces are very narrow and difficult to park in. Appliances are out dated. It takes days for maintenance to assist you even on emergency issues. The leasing office staff is terrible and unhelpful. They do not show any empathy or concern with their tenants situations."

"I lived here for about 5 months last year. the apartment in itself is pretty great. the pool is nice and the gym has some awesome elipticals and other machines. not really any bugs anywhere and management was easy enough to talk to and were pretty quick to fix our shower but they never were able to fix our dryer. I give the place three stars really only because of location. Not a good location, lots of stray cats around (which i didn't mind) and there were always always homeless people around. I felt pretty unsafe anytime I had to walk in the complex at night. but its gated so thats good! overall a fine experience."

"The apartment itself is good. The carpet and washer and dryer included were great as well as our appliances. But the area is bad. Homeless people everywhere. My Christmas decorations were stolen and my car scratched because people have to cram in the bad parking spots especially at night when they all get taken. Sometimes we had to park in the street while a stranger was parked right outside our door! Some reserved parking would be nice. And they don't have 24 hour maintenance. Our thanksgiving dinner was ruined when the fridge stopped working and they came to fix it two days after thanksgiving. For the same price we now rent a house with private garage and a big back yard. You can see how overpriced they can be. But we needed a home asap and they were the only ones with a move in date that would fit our needs."

"This place has been wonderful while we were here. We are only leaving so we can be closer to work. The maintenance was always quick and done correctly. Also everything was clean for the most part. The downside that people will say is parking is limited. Which it is at night but during the day there is always parking. Another thing people mention is the homeless people but I haven't seen any in the gated area. They normally stay in the park nearby and don't bother you. Overall this place was perfect and I wish I didn't have to leave."

"I was a licensed real estate agent in the 2000s. This complex is in the ghetto (drugs), is overpriced (in my opinion). I worked as an apartment locator. It was my job to take prospective residents to this apartment. If they were placed, the apartment would pay my broker a commission out of their advertising budget. I used to deal with a leasing agent named Linda. She was approximately in her mid 60s, gray, short hair, and very, very pleasant. I loved working with her. The staff was wonderful, but the complex is just poorly located and overpriced."
