"Keep in mind I've been here just under a month. First off the manager lies about the apartment. Manager stated apartment was cleaned yet I spent 2 week's cleaning it. There was a film left on the floor from the last time the place was sprayed. Manager stated they didn't have a roach infestation yet as I cleaned I found roach carcasses everywhere and still find live roaches a few times a week. The stove and oven were disgusting. I found a meth baggie underneath the stove. My children found syringes this past Saturday underneath the sink and a spoon hidden under the counter 1 week after we moved in. In the closet in the bedroom one wall from floor to ceiling was covered in roach feces. When I brought this to the manager's attention she gave me an ultimatum to find another place after I already signed the lease and her knowing I had no where else to go. I've put in a work order, have spoken to the manager and what maintenance personnel they have about getting my air ducts cleaned of all the trash, roaches and debris yet still haven't had it done. I've called the manager several times about issues and left manager several messages and have yet to get a return phone call. I had to wait almost 4 week's to get a key to my mail box. This facility is in desperate need of a manager who will actually take care of the tenants and their needs. I give this place 2 stars mainly for the tenants here who are for the most part respectful and quiet and that the location is remote so there isn't a lot of unnecessary traffic."
