"Cara and Jennifer at Simply Property Management are easy to talk to helpful and understanding. They have worked with me throughout personal issues that has arisen during my leasing experience. Cara is very cool and laid back, and she always address any concerns I may have in a timely manner. Jennifer is the bubbly one that makes you laugh with a warm approach, together, they balance eachother out which make the office a well rounded environment, and I’m a happy tenant, because we know how these property management companies can get in AZ. However ,I appreciate you guys at Simply Property Management, and thanks for all your support. I will continue to reach out to you guys when needed. "This has been the worse property management company that I have ever dealt with. I have not owned a property at this location since last September and I cannot get anyone to understand that I no longer have a condo. The person that bought my condo does not receive anything from you. I have called many times to try to correct this situation and most recently spoke to Jennifer. Still has not been corrected."

"When I first started renting with them everything was fine and the staff was kind. However, once we started having service issues regarding the A/C, they have been slow to act. I assume that it is because it is a costly expense, however, I put in my first service request about this back in October 2023. It is now March 2024, and the A/C is completely broken and has caused water damage in the home. They have sent people out to remedy the situation but not fix it. I called them once out of the whole time to be greeted by Sandra, who was rude and told us we should "have a fan" and made us feel like it was our fault this issue is happening. This is an older home. When we moved in the water heater was 2005 (which was replaced shortly after we moved in) but I can only imagine how old the A/C unit is. Don't blame your tenants for regular maintenance issues."
