Palm Aire Apartments

"*Dear Owner... Here are the reasons for my frustration. Please note that this is only an explanation, and not an argument.* For 6 years now, I have called Palm Aire my home. I've always paid my rent on time, and never caused a problem at this complex. Every time something needed to be fixed, I put in a work order. Either it wouldn't get fixed at all, or they would try to fix it and never complete it. Last year, our AC unit started leaking profusely and I called Char and put in a work order. She said they would be right up, so I waited and no one came. Eight days later, no one from maintenance had shown up. I called Char again to remind her, and I was yelled at and told to, "just put a bucket under it!" After which she hung up on me. My roommate was so aggravated by all of this, that he decided to move out. Leaving me in an awkward position with the possibility of becoming homeless. All I want is a place to call home... nothing more, nothing less."

"Well, I had to wait for a front door repair for over 6 months. I waited a year and a half for a bedroom door. Char asked me if I really needed a door. A/C ran so bad it costs me nearly $300 a month. Cockroaches and then the final blow. I found bedbugs, after I found a maintenance guy sitting on my bed. I reported to Shar, new management came in last year. The new interim manager told me they would have to verify it. I showed him the bites all over the back of my legs. They waited until I was back out of town, Oregon, to send me a new Lease, through the portal. Part of it stipulated that I would have to pay for the bedbug irradiation. When I came back, problem still existed. I slept in my van that night, then a hotel the next day. Flew back up for work. When I returned that October I wasn't allowed to even retrieve my motorcycle from the property, they had it towed off. I lost everything. All my possessions, TV, home theatre, over 80 BLU RAYS. I wouldn't step within a mile of that cesspool"

"This is a really good apt complex. If you have any questions or concerns the leasing is always very knowledgeable and responsive. Parking is always available 2 pools for the summer. It’s a really nice place. I would gladly recommend this place to a friend or family members!! Thank @ leasing office and maintenance for being the bast!! Josh"

"Palm Aire Apartments has really been a nice experience for me. 24 hour security and maintenance takes care of issues throughout the complex in a timely manner. Apartments are cleaned, fixed up, and ready for each new arrival. Shar and Irma are great property managers who work to take care of both the residences and property. The improvements made so far have made this property look 100% better. And improvements continue to make this property a great apartment complex community. Management took a chance on me and I thank them for that. This complex will not disappoint. Just remember, you get out, what you put into anything. Full 5 stars!"
