"Don't be fooled by new paint & Washer/Dryer. This location is a high crime, high transient area. Not safe. Vandalism to vehicles, fires set on roof by vagrants, neighbors mugged & pepper sprayed, fire extinguisher thrown through a bedroom window and constant flow of transients from light rail. That was in 1st week. Then there is the roach issue, smelly pipes, no outlets or fan in bathroom, no vent fan in kitchen and broken locks on courtyard gates...Run away!!!"
"These people are criminal do not rent from them. They kicked everyone out to renovate so they can charge more money. No laundry, no secure parking, homeless people will try to break into your cars and steal your packages, gates not secure. Avoid this place at all cost."
