"I lived here from 2021-2022. Not the best area but the unit was fine and very spacious. Was having problems with the washer and it took them a while to fix it but they eventually did. I had a brand new bmw and someone scratched up my car for no reason. Also when i was there the place had a bad roach infestation. Honestly if it wasn’t for the roaches i wouldn’t have moved because that was the only major problem for me. It got bad. Waking up at 5am and going in the bathroom and seeing 13 roaches all over. I was scared to walk barefoot in my home. We left before the lease was up and just kept paying the rent cuz the infestation had got so bad... oh and also we either didnt have hot water or it would only last like 10 minutes"

"Great place to live considering how bad the economy is. The property manger is really nice and the guys in maintenance make sure things get fixed in timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property."

"By and far the worst apartment I've ever lived in. -The pool is a mess. They wait for it to become disgusting before getting somebody out to clean it. -They don't take care of their dog park. It's been unmowed and out of dog bags for several months. They ignore maintenance tickets about it. -We submitted 3 maintenance tickets for our apartment and it took 2 months for maintenance to show up. Once they did show up, maintenance said the delay was caused by CalCap having multiple properties in the area, but only a couple maintenance men. Do yourself a favor, avoid Urban Oasis and avoid any other CalCap property. You can do much better for $1100/mo"

"Edit, 10/22: The move-in experience was fine, but since then, we have had difficulty getting management to help us with our maintenance request. We made a request when we first moved in and now, over a month later, we have not had our request taken care of! We were supposed to have someone come by on 10/18, but no one ever showed up. This week when we try calling, no one answers. The small complex is fine with 2 cute dog parks, but good luck ever getting a maintenance request completed! Management is NOT on site. Original review: So far, pretty great experience. Luis has been helpful in getting us moved in. We appreciate him accommodating our schedule and our unique needs for the lease."
