"If there was an option for negative number i wouldn’t even give them one start by far the worst place that I have ever lived in since I been on my own the management changes they are rude place has roaches and they do a bad job of controlling them been here 4 months and have already went several times with out hot water this is the ghetto it’s like living in the project I wouldn’t recommend to my enemy if it was the last place on earth"

"Christine is very profressional and easy to talk to. She is doing everything can to work to make this a great place to live. These apartments have been around for a very long time and has changed property management through the years. The place is looking good with the upgrades. Progression takes time."

"I have been living here for over 3 years. Management has not always been the best in the beginning, but after Christine has been office the place has changed so much in the best of ways. I have never had a pool key until her efforts in improving the pool. The apartments are renovated so nicely. We now have a secured gate as well. She really cares about our safety here. During holidays she has special raffles and also gifts the children residents as well. It’s nice to finally have someone here to really care about the environment and the people living in it. Every issue I have had has been resolved quickly as well."

But after management was changed and a much more professionally management may ad, a long with all the new up greats done on property is why I renewed my lease for an other year. I can honestly say I'm very pleased with my landlord and how she runs things around here a long with 2 other properties I would recommend any family to come join our little community."
