"Tall skinny younger maintenance guy with the beard is very nice and appreciate him coming to fix our blinds and lights as well as always being so friendly whenever we see him… sorry I forgot his name. Chris the maintenance man is also always so friendly when we see him. Someone’s got to give these two the kudos they deserve- they fix what’s broke and somehow make it more like home being almost like friendly neighbors. Thankyou guys!"

"I went to tour a 3 bedroom here and I really loved the apartment community. The leasing agent Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Typically you feel rushed when looking at different places, but I feel like Stephanie gave me her undivided attention and went over all the details with me. She was very kind and friendly. Overall, it seems like a great community to live and I like the amenities included."

"This will be my first review upon moving in and I’ll update once I move out. Move in: I want to start off by saying the Manager here Kim is a sweetheart and definitely care about the residents. This review will have NOTHING to do with her. But, the staff she has working under her will be the reason this property will continue to get horrible reviews. I’m a very unproblematic person I am very laid back & chill. My experience started off VERY horrible I applied for a unit on 1/10/2024 was approved and had a move in set for 1/27 the unit wasn’t ready for me to move in. Which led me and my 2 kids to become homeless. The leasing agent Barbara I was working with her she is an elderly lady. She is sweet but, VERY incompetent. EVERYTIME I would call in she was confused or had no idea how to help me. I went from being happy about moving in and became extremely frustrated. I reached out to the manger and again she was very understanding about my situation and was able to get me moved into another unit I moved in on 2/8/2024. Fast forward to today on 2/9/2024 I had to submit a maintenance request because it’s a few things wrong in the unit. Maintenance was suppose to show up at 3pm but, I was running late and called into the office to see if they could wait on me or if I would have to reschedule. the leasing agent Stephanie Fruth proceeds to have a rude tone over the phone and tell me that she can’t help me. & tried to rush me off the phone. I told her that she needed to act professional and lose the attitude she tells me that she can do what she want and proceeded to hang up in my face. I’ve reported her to corporate and have informed the leasing manager. I don’t feel Safe living here with her in the office I don’t trust her at all. I truly feel she would sabatoge the remainder of my stay here. & she have some nerve pulling this especially during Black History Month! But it’s okay this isn’t over. I see why the reviews here are so horrible. It make a lot of sense! Beware of Stephanie ‼️‼️‼️‼️if you’re black don’t give her your time work with a different leasing agent she hates black people."

"EDIT: This complex is an even bigger joke than I ever imagined. As of last night my friends trailer was stolen off their truck, I noticed a camera attached to the complex and asked the office if they could watch the footage. I was then told that it has NEVER been activated in the over a year its been there. This is not a safe place to live, and would HIGHLY recommend looking else where unless you want your things stolen, with absolutely zero help from the office to top it all off. It's been about 6 months of living at Element Deer Valley, and honestly I can't wait for the next 6 months so I can move out of this complex. If you feel like hearing your neighbors 24/7 this is the place for you, and if you are a lower/middle complex prepare to hear EVERY LAST FOOTSTEP of your upstairs neighbor. There was have been multiple issues I've brought to managements attention in which nothing has been done, or they just ignore you and refuse to acknowledge the issue. I loved having Brandon in the office, but since he has stopped working here the office is less than to be desired (Not including the younger gentleman in the office, cant remember his name) Garbage is left outside of peoples houses constantly which seems to cause a massive issue with cockroaches (MULTPLE REVIEWS ON THIS PROBLEM!) The gate does not close at all at night (or ever now it seems), and there is constant crime/police in the parking lot which is highly concerning as a tenant who paid for a "secured property". Not to mention if you plan on paying rent prepare to have to go to Walmart because if you want to pay online you have to pay a $30ish fee for their 3rd party company. To top it all off if you enjoy the smell of dog poop EVERYWHERE, you'll love it here because for some reason those with large dogs never seem to clean up after their pets. Simply can not wait to leave this property, and I highly suggest those of you take the negative reviews VERY seriously."

"Have lived here since 2020. Great location and perfect studio apartment layout for my unit. Love having my own washer and dryer in my place. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Recently had to have my flooring replaced after my water heater flooded my apartment, and the staff helped me through every step of the way. I happily plan on living here for the foreseeable future."
