Belcourt Apartments

"Belcourt Apartments are really nice inside and out. They have a true at home feeling. The staff inside has always been helpful and kind. They have treated me like family from the start. Anytime I've needed anything from staff they have always been attentive to my needs. The maintenance crew takes pride in their work and completes their task in a timely manor. The apartments have an emergency on call service where if there are any problems after hours a staff member can be reached and the problem is dealt with at that moment not getting put on hold till their normal business hours. The maintenance men that work here have always been helpful and respectful. I am not treated like a number but as a valued person. Watching the staff work together as a team shows they have a family atmosphere and enjoy being at work. You can see the staff value their jobs, their coworkers and the tents that live here."

"The staff is amazing! Every time I call or visit the office they are warm and listen to my concerns. I am treated like family. It’s a small community that watches out for one another. I have lived in east valley for years before I moved to downtown but I feel more at home here at Belcourt than I ever felt in East valley. Belcourt is close to the airport and all that downtown living has to offer. Truly the smartest decision that I made. I want to thank the whole staff at Belcourt for such a positive experience."

"My mom and grandmother have all lived in apartments here for over 8 years. They love it and the apartments are really nice. Never had any problems. If they ever needed maintenance they were there within the hour to help. The office ladies are so helpful! The common areas are always clean and well kept. Friendly neighbors. Lots of options for parking. Great for walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee spots."

"I’ve lived at Belcourt for 2 years. I love the office staff, they are personable and friendly. maintenance gets things done in a timely matter. It is an older complex but it has just what you need. Doesn’t have a gym but that’s okay. Location is great because everything is near by"
