"Can you guys please call me back I've been trying to get ahold of somebody but the lady in the office a super rude and takes person calls all day, closes early, and hangs up the phone when we've tried renewing and doesn't answer back after she knows its us. On July 1 I tried to renew my lease but she didn't want to open the door Till it was time to close. I paid half my rent and I will not pay my other half until somebody helps. I got 2 holes in my wall the A/C men made and never fixed and a leaking A/C with a bucket my baby almost droned it. PLEASE RESPOND 128"

"The apartments are under New Management. The New Manager is very nice and professional. She just recently took over the property(within the last few months). The property was renovated in 2017."

"Horrible place to live. Honeslty, just rented an apartment there because I was in a rush and found no other better place to stay. They want to charge you for everything, prices go up all of a sudden. Not to mention they have bed bugs and the apartments are infested with crickets. They fixed their gate and charged us for the key and we payed for it but the gate stopped working out of nowhere and they didn't bother fixing it. Their office staff is never there, they take 2 hour and 45 min lunch break it's ridiculous. They never answer the phone either. Bad place to live."

"The manager is a joke they try to take money from the renters always billing them for unnecessary stuff and all the prices are going up. Let me tell you i live here and about 7/8 family already left i can't wait to move too when my contract is up. the manager are unprofessional rude an just plain fake she acts like she's helping you out but she dont really care unless you're paying her for the help. Cars are always getting robbed here, its horrible, its either your battery or stereo rims tire or your whole car thats goes missing they have a security but he wont even be out here, there use to be a lady name maria she'll watch the apartments good but she didn't want the job after the new managers came cause they wanted to pay her really less then she was working for. dont be fool this place is horrible in the pictures the apartment may see nice with green grass well painted color, a little nice pool but trust me it aint like that i would not recommend this place at all you can find a better apartment surrounded in a good environment with the prices they are charging here. Worst managers they just like to scam you out of your money."

"Rude, Rude, RUDE!! I called to ask about availability for an apartment. I asked who I was speaking with so that I could introduce myself as a prospective renter, and the lady snapped at me!! She refused to tell me her name, and was just so plain rude! Jokes on her - her name and face are plastered all over the company website. Thanks ROSA!!!! I will be sure and NEVER rent from your rude mouth self. Congrats on being a terrible manager."
